The booking is only confirmed upon a 30% deposit, paid via authorised methods.
The final payment must be completed up to 48 hours before departure.
Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance require full immediate payment.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the booking will be refunded at 70%.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable,
except in cases of force majeure or adverse weather conditions.

Salatia Yachts reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if weather conditions compromise the safety of passengers or the vessel.
In such cases, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
The skipper will assess conditions based on official forecasts and local sea conditions.
Light rain or cloudy skies are not considered valid reasons for cancellation unless accompanied by rough seas or official warnings.

Clients must present a valid boating license, respect boarding and disembarking times, and follow all safety instructions.
Any damage caused by negligent use will be charged to the client.

Standard agency commission is 15% of the public price, excluding VAT.
The commission applies only to the base charter price and not to extras.
It is paid up to 7 days after the service is completed.
Agencies must ensure the client signs the rental agreement and receives full service information.
