The booking is only confirmed upon a 30% deposit, paid via authorised methods. The final payment must be completed up to 48 hours before departure. Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance require full immediate payment.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the booking will be refunded at 70%. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure or adverse weather conditions.

Salatia Yachts reserves the right to cancel or postpone the charter if the weather conditions compromise the safety of passengers or the vessel. In such cases, the client may choose to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund. The skipper is responsible for assessing the conditions based on official forecasts and local sea conditions. Light rain or cloudy skies are not considered valid reasons for cancellation unless accompanied by rough seas or official warnings.

Clients must respect the boarding and disembarking schedule and follow the crew’s instructions. Any damage caused by negligent use will be charged to the client.

Standard agency commission is 15% of the public price, excluding VAT. The commission only applies to the base charter value, not to extras. It is paid up to 7 days after the service is completed. Agencies must ensure the client signs the charter agreement.
